Goldsworth Medical Ltd have a policy of constantly developing new equipment and in particular we are developing trolleys and handling devices that will reduce the amount of physical effort required and therefore reduce the occurrence of operator injury or fatigue. Some of those items shown below represent our development of products in this field.

Decontamination Transfer Trolley
Cabinet trolley specfically designed for transporting medical equipment between decontamination centres and hospitals. The trolley meets the United Nations recommendations for packaging and transport of clinical waste by road - UN3291.

Lockable doors seal against durable gasket when closed. Two removable shelves supplied as standard giving three effective load surfaces including floor. Two swivelling castors with brakes, two fixed wheels with non-marking shock absorbing tyres. Push pull handles, A4 document frames inside and out and optional tow bar.

Stainless Steel Electric Lift Trolley
Electric Lift Trolley for use in loading Washer Disinfectors and Autoclaves available in 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.

The top of the trolley can be configured to accept any type of loading rails to make them compatible with all washing and sterilizing equipment.

Lightweight and very mobile reducing any manual handling issues, the trolley is ideally suited to sterile and pharmaceutical operations as it does not use hydraulics that may cause unwanted oil leakages.

The electric actuator has been tested to EMC standards and the battery pack can be removed and recharged via a wall-mounted charger plugged into a standard mains outlet.

Pneumatic Automatic Loader / Unloader for Double Door Washer / Disinfectors
Universal design concept adaptable to suit most makes of basket loading double door 'pass-through' type washing and disinfecting machines as used in hospital Sterile Services Departments.

The stainless steel unit with integral drip collecting tray automatically transfer loaded baskets into and out from the washer with a smooth, safe and reliable action or in conjunction with a low cost dedicated unloader unit can provide a fully automatic loading and unloading operation.

Under development : Extended version with twin basket handling capability for double door washers in SSD's with high throughput.

Stainless Steel Electrically Operated Adjustable Height Table
Robust Sturdy Design in 304 or 316 Stainless Steel with Push Button operation, 4 programmable user Heights incorporating 'True Parallel Drive', which ensures that the tabletop will always remain level and true during use.

Tables can be supplied in any width, depth, height and load carrying range to suit the customers individual requirements with mountings for Fan/Filter modules, power points, equipment or storage racks may be fitted to the worktop as required.

Pneumatically Operated Transfer Hatch
Vertically Sliding Toughened Glass or Clear Plastic Door in a 304 or 316 Stainless Steel housing with Push Button operation and Full Interlock and Finger Trap Safety System

Designed for transferring products between rooms whilst maintaining the integrity of sterile areas, the doors are electrically interlocked to prevent simultaneous opening.

Typical applications include the return of washing machine baskets for which optional trolley docking mechanisms can be supplied compatible with the loading trolleys of the relevant make and model of washing machine.

Laminar Air Flow Module
Pharmaceutical Grade L.A.F. module in 316 stainless steel HEPA filter body and grille to pharmaceutical grade finish has been specially designed for where pharmaceutical or similar grade sterile air conditions are required.

Manufactured to GMP practices and fully tested including "D.O.P" testing, each module has its own unique registration number complete with documentation which refers to testing, performance, calibration, material certificates and manufacturing Traceability.

Designed in a modular format the standard size is nominally 1200mm x 600mm.
